Healthy eating and physical activity habits are key to your child's well-being. Eating too much and exercising too little can lead to overweight and related health problems that can follow children into their adult years. You can take an active role in helping your child by teaming us with us to teach healthy eating and physical activity habits that can last for a lifetime.

Max Fitness Academy's Personal Trainers help children of all ages to establish a healthy lifestyle program which includes fitness, nutrition & weight loss.

Our individualized programs are proven to increase your child's level of health, cardiovascular ability, flexibility, balance and energy. Combined with a Personal Training Program with one or small group classes, your child will be on their way to better health.

The lifestyles of today’s kids have undergone enormous change. Television, computers and video games have replaced many of the physical activities children once enjoyed. So when we discuss our children, we often hear words like ‘obesity’, ‘heart disease’, ‘high blood pressure’ and ‘diabetes’.

Fitness seems to have taken a backseat when it comes to the modern child. Our kids are becoming victims of inactive, unmotivated, unhealthy lifestyles and their health is deteriorating.

An increasing number of children are obese, and if no intervention is made, 80% of them will stay overweight as adults. This can put them at risk for many medical problems, including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and sleep apnea. Obesity can also adversely affect their self-esteem.

Personal Training For Children

Given that childhood obesity predicts adult obesity with amazing accuracy, parents are both wise to encourage healthy habits early on. Kids & Fitness trainer provides direction, structure, and strategies that help create a habit of healthy living that can have a tremendous impact.  According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, kids as young as 8 years old can benefit from low-resistance exercise with small weights and actually grow stronger with little risk of injury.
